I will teach you:
Asana (yoga postures)
Mantra (repetitive words)
Mudra (hand gestures selected just for you)
Yamas (attitudes towards others and your environment)
Niyamas (attitudes towards yourself)
Movement (may include rocking, shaking, jumping, swaying, tapping, etc)
Pratyahara (sensory withdrawal)
Dharana (focused concentration)
I teach privately from my home studio on the upper west side in Manhattan, Zoom, and upon request can travel to your home or office, schedule permitting.
